The Pattern I Kept Seeing

Over more than 25 years working across technology, business analysis, and organizational transformation, I kept seeing the same pattern across different companies and industries. A company could have experienced employees, separate departments, multiple systems, and dozens of files and tools. Yet decisions were slow, numbers were disputed, employees relied on Excel and WhatsApp to get work done, and too many decisions still depended on the owner or a senior leader.

Again and again, I saw the same gap: what leadership believed was happening in the business, and what the data and day-to-day operations actually showed. That gap was usually where the real problem was hiding, not inside one department, but in the space between them. Today, I help established companies get their people, processes, data and technology working as one system again, guided by the C.O.M.P.A.S.S. Framework.
